Description:
Provides I.T. operations functions to offices for the organization’s standard hardware, software, and voice/data network solutions. Coordinate purchase, installation, and life-cycle maintenance of PCs, and other I.T. equipment. Provides escalated on-site support of hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. Acts as a primary point of engagement between I.T. and the business. Accountable for local administration and operations functions as appropriate in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures. Coordinate and direct the activities of contractors and staff (Support Technicians) in cross organizational and cross-functional teams. Accountable to lead, manage and develop Property Technicians at multiple properties. Communicates goals, objectives and tasks and ensures performance expectations of Property Technicians are met and executed in accordance with department and company policies, goals, and objectives. Executes all job-related functions with high level of professionalism, approachability, and urgency to deliver results. Manages projects, developing project timelines and milestones. Employs project methodology to relevant tasks to maximize efficiency and deliverables. Relentlessly delivers services and achieves results in time-bound scenarios and all environments. Responsible for consistently and actively engaging with the business by being accessible, visible, and proactive in visiting locations, engaging directly with Team Members, property leadership, and staff. Follows all policy and procedures as required by policy and compliance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in an I.T. related-field or equivalent work experience preferred. Understanding of relevant hardware, software, and systems. Technical support experience and 5 years of technical leadership experience. Experience functioning with and building effective relationships with executive, management and supervisory teams. Proven proactive, approachable, dependable, customer service skills. Ability to assist and gather detailed information from Team Members who possess little or no technical knowledge. Excellent communication skills. Organizational, time management and impeccable attention to, and execution of, details to properly prioritize daily workload and plan tasks for completion on or before the due date. Proven history of self-direction, dependability, motivation, focus, and driven to achieve results. Demonstrated ability to follow through and deliver on assigned tasks and responsibilities. Performs well under pressure. Does not allow circumstance, situation, or environment dictate outcome, maintains ownership and control of situations. Gaming industry experience a plus. Must have or be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Card.
