Join our team as a year-round golf caddie at Tradition Course at Ibis Golf & Country Club in West Palm Beach, FL!

Whether you’re a golf enthusiast or looking to begin a rewarding career outdoors, this position offers students the chance to network with golfers from all over the world. Our team prioritizes safety protocols to ensure both you and our patrons are safe on and off the course, allowing you to focus on providing a top-notch golfer experience, fostering camaraderie, and managing the course effectively.

Ideal candidates from should have flexible schedules and be available to work full days, including weekends, as needed. Caddies have the potential to earn substantial income based on their availability.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
Cheerfully engage with golfers and club visitors, delivering exceptional customer service
Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Share course knowledge and information with golfers
Help golfers with decision-making and yardage calculations
Assist in locating errant shots and maintaining the course
Keep clubs and golf balls clean

Education and Experience Requirements
Basic golf knowledge is required, while professional experience is not necessary
Possess an outgoing personality and customer-first attitude
Physically able to carry two 35-pound bags while walking the course multiple times per day
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or outdoor roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
