Pot Washer (Martha Stewart, Paris)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Cleans and sanitizes all pots and pans. Washes cookware, dishes, glasses, and flatware in the dishwasher, making sure to remove all residues. Washes floor mats, speed racks, kettles, roasting pans, dollies, etc Washes and scrub kitchen walls to ensure cleanliness of kitchen area. Re-stocks the buffet lines with ice, china, flatware, and glassware. Empties trash cans and keeps the loading dock clean. Clean refrigerators/freezers, service hallways, service elevators and other items as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Work prefers some kitchen experience. Work requires a bility to work from a standing position for extended periods of time. Work requires ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs. Work requires a n eat appearance with good personal hygiene. Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner. PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Loud, fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint. Must be able to transport at least 100lbs at a time.
